- The Ahaleena Card is a personal, non-transferable card assigned to one identified patient.
- All free services and promotions must be scheduled prior to arrival.
- Free services are available once per year during the card's validity.
- Discounts do not apply to medicines, medical supplies, medical devices, blood, or blood products.
- Any additional length of stay or critical care admissions will be charged at the branch’s gross prices.
