Many people ignore Suhoor; it's very bad habit, as Suhoor is a prophetic Sunnah and involve many health benefits such as:

  1. Boosting body energy as well as protection against fatigue and lack of concentration during the day in Ramadan.
  2. Maintaining the stability of blood glucose level during the day in Ramadan; and thus protection against headache and dizziness.
  3. Reducing thirst sensation during the day in Ramadan, especially if Suhoor meal includes fluids and vegetables.
