7 Health tips to prevent skin wrinkles
Aging is a physiological process that is associated with appearance of skin wrinkles, especially in neck and face areas. - Direct sunlight should be avoided as possible, especially at the time between 10 Am to 2 Pm. If you have to be exposed to direct sunlight for long duration of time (as in beaches), sunscreen should be used.
- Regular intake of vitamin D supplementation is very effective against skin wrinkles.
- Avoid exposure to reflective surfaces of sunlight such as ice and water, as they reflect harmful rays only.
- Using artificial tanning devices and preparations is contraindicated; its mechanism of action depends mainly on ultraviolet rays, which are responsible for appearance of skin wrinkles.
- The daily intake of water should be 2-4 liters at least, as water helps in moisturizing the skin and keeping it healthy.
- Eat healthy well-balanced diet, especially foods that contain vitamins (A, B & C), such as; meat, egg, fish as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Stay away from passive and negative smoking.
