Assigning the Finance Department to coordinate with relevant parties and investors to establish a mechanism for executing the repurchase, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 3. Submitting periodic reports to the Board of Directors on the progress of the repurchase process and its financial impact on the company’s budget.
