Middle East healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announces that the Board of Directors recommended on 20/09/1445H corresponding to 30/03/2024 not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the financial year of 2023 due the company needs to support the expansion projects and current construction projects. Furthermore, the company is also continuing the renovation of the hospital buildings as well as upgrading the systems and medical equipment. This will improve the operation of the hospitals and increase the company investment in the healthcare sector.
