Announcement Detail	Referring to the company's addendum announcement posted on Tadawul website on 08/01/1438AH corresponding to 09/10/2016 regarding the final arrangements for signing the agreement of administrative supervision of the Batterjee Medical City Project in Alexandria City. The Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announces the opening of the project of the Saudi German Hospital in Alexandria in the Arab Republic of Egypt on 11/10/2023 as follows: 1) The hospital has 300 beds for inpatient hypnosis patients and 45 specialized clinics. 2) The hospital is owned by Saudi Egyptian Healthcare Company, which owns most of its shares by Beit Al Batterjee Medical Company (Related Party) and has an administrative supervision agreement with Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health). 3) There are no shares owned by Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) at this hospital, administrative supervision is provided under its asset revenue model. 4) All the necessary licenses were obtained by the hospital from the competent authorities and it began receiving patients on 11/10/2023. 5) Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) will receive (10%) of net profit before tax deduction as administrative supervision fees for the hospital.
