Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announces the appointment of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the formation of the Board committees for its new session

Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announces that its Board of Directors elected by the Ordinary General Assembly held on 18/06/2023 corresponding to 29/11/1444H and which its results were announced in Tadawul on 19/06/2023 corresponding to 01/12/1444H for its new session starting from 17/09/2023 for a period of three years ending on 16/09/2026 has decided in its meeting held on 20/09/2023 to appoint each of the following:

1.

- Eng. Sobhi Abduljalil Batterjee as Chairman of the Board of Directors

- Mr. Makarem Sobhi Batterjee as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

2. Appointing the chairmen and members of the main committees emanating from the Board of Directors, namely:

- Nomination and Remuneration Committee

- Audit Committee

Note that the Audit Committee has been approved for its formation, tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the new session at the above-mentioned Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

3. Appointing company representatives for all purposes related to the application of laws and regulations for each of the following:

- Capital Market Authority

- Saudi Exchange (Tadawul)

- Edaa

4. Appointment of Mr. Moaz Mohammad Alzarkan as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
