Introduction
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	Increase in net profit for the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is due to: 1- Last year there was decease in volume of business with one of key client which is recovered back. Dammam Hospital is also in showing progress in ramping up. 2- Due to change in pricing and case mix.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter of the current year is	Decrease in net profit for the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is due to: 1- Due to Ramadan and Eid holidays 2- Due to initial running cost of two new healthcare facilities opened Hai Jama in Jeddah and Abha Clinics in Aseer. Also Increase in Selling and Marketing expenses compared to previous quarter.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is	Increase in net profit for the current six months period compared to the same period of last year is due to: 1- There is increase in revenue due to the revised prices with key customer. 2- Due to change in pricing and case mix.
