Introduction	Introduction In connection to the announcement that the company made on Tadawul website on 28/11/1443H corresponding to 27/06/2022 about the completion of the construction work for its Saudi German Hospital in Makkah. Middle East Healthcare Company announces that it has received the final license from the Ministry of Health on Monday 03/01/1444H corresponding to 01/08/2022 to operate its Saudi German Hospital in Makkah with a bed capacity of 300 beds, where all the required tests related to the medical systems construction systems availability of all required medical and administrative staff has been done to enable actual operation of the hospital to begin. Based on this, the company is announcing that it will start receiving patients in Saudi German Hospital in Makkah located at Ibrahim Al Khalil Road, Waliu Aleahd District on the first week of September, 2022
