Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) would like to inform its valued shareholders that the Board of Directors has approved (after excluding the votes of the related parties members of the Board of Directors from discussion and voting) to enter as an investor partner in Sobhi Abdul Jalil Batterjee Medical Hospital (owned by Al Sobh new Medical Company) located in Jeddah.
