The digital transformation of the company hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:

- 264,683,026 SAR, the value of implementing program work for a period of three years.

- 43,128,180 SAR, the value of the annual maintenance contract for five years payment by MEGAMIND IT Solutions Company

- 75,129,356 SAR is the cost of software licenses for a period of seven years. payment by MEGAMIND IT Solutions Company

Within the framework of the digital transformation for health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in order to achieve one of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) is making great efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services provided to patients in all the company hospitals spread across the Kingdom in the cities of Jeddah, Riyadh, Khamis Mushayt, Medina Al-Munawwarah, Hail, Dammam and Beverly Clinics.

The digital transformation project will contribute to raising the level of health care and help the company hospitals in obtaining more accurate information and access to health data in a better and timely manner. It is expected to reduce the operating cost by large sums in addition to improving the quality of medical services provided and speed of performance in line with the Kingdom's vision 2030 in digital transformation. It will also impact the price increase of contracts concluded between the company and some of its major customers.

Knowing that the Information Technology departments in the company hospitals will be operated by the MEGAMIND IT Solutions Company.
