Rent hospital building from Bait Al Batterjee College for Medical Sciences and Technology Co. that is specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics surgery and is located in Jeddah. It has preliminary license from the Ministry of Health and is fully equipped. Length of the lease period is 4 years starting on 01/04/2021 and end on 31/03/2025 with the possibility of renewal. The company will be provided with 2 years grace period from the date of validity of the contract without any conditions or preferential terms. The cost of rent for the 3rd and 4th years will be 3,500,000 SAR (Three Million Five Hundred Thousand SAR only) each.
