Middle East healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) announces that the Board of Directors recommended on 20/07/1441H corresponding to 15/03/2020 not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the financial year of 2019 because the company needs to support the expansion projects and current construction projects. Furthermore the company is also continuing the renovation of the hospital buildings as well as upgrading the systems and medical equipment. This will improve the operation of the hospitals and increase the company investment in the healthcare sector.
