Introduction	Introduction Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) announces that the Board of Directors through circulation memo dated 07/05/1441 corresponding to 02/01/2020 decided to appoint Mr. Amr Mohammed Khaled Khashoggi (Independent Board Member) to be a member of the Audit Committee effective from 07/05/1441 corresponding to 02/01/2020 until the end of the term of the committee on 16/09/2020. The Boards approval is not final and is subject to the approval during the next General Assembly Meeting.
