Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) announces that Mr. Saleh Ahmed Hefni resigned from his post as a chairman of the audit Committee on 07/11/2019 due to other professional commitments. The Board accepted his resignation on 09/11/2019. The resignation shall take effect on 10/11/2019 bringing to an end his membership to the Committee which commenced on 17/09/2017. The company also announces the issuance of its Board of Directors resolution on 09/11/2019 appointing a Board Member (Independent) and member of audit Committee Mr. Ali Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al-Qwaiz as Chairman of the Audit Committee effective from 10/11/2019 until the end of the term of the Committee on 16/09/2020.
