Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) announces that Mr. Saleh Ahmed Hefni Board Member (Independent) and member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee resigned from his post as a Board and member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee on 07/11/2019 due to other professional commitments. The Board accepted his resignation on 09/11/2019. The resignation shall take effect on 10/11/2019 bringing to an end his membership to the board which commenced on 17/09/2017. The company also announces that upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on 9/11/2019 the Board of Directors approved on 9/11/2019 to appointing Mr. Amr Mohamed Khalid Khashoggi as a Board Member (Independent) effective from 10/11/2019 until the end of the term of the Board on 16/09/2020. The Boards approval is not final and is subject to the approval during the next General Assembly meeting. |
