With reference to the announcement published by Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) on 11-06-2025 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, the Company would like to clarify that the date of the assembly has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 13-01-1447 corresponding to 08-07-2025 at 7:30 PM, in compliance with Article (91) of the Companies Law, which stipulates that the invitation must be issued at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the meeting date.
The Company confirms that all agenda items, the meeting venue (via modern technology), and the previously announced access link remain unchanged, and that the start date for e-voting through the Tadawulaty platform will be announced at a later time in accordance with regulatory procedures.
