Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) Announces the Start of the Electronic Voting on the Items of the Ordinary General Assembly (First Meeting) Through Means of Modern Technology

With reference to the announcement of the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) on Tadawul website on 20/12/1446 AH corresponding to 16/06/2025 AD regarding inviting its Shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, 13/01/1447 AH corresponding to 08/07/2025 AD through means of modern technology.
The company is pleased to remind its esteemed shareholders that registered shareholders can vote remotely and electronically on the agenda items of the General Assembly. Electronic voting will start at 1:00 a.m. on Friday, 09/01/1447H, corresponding to 04/07/2025, and will continue until the end of the Assembly meeting. Registration and voting through Tadawulaty services will be available and free of charge for all shareholders via the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa
