Announcement Detail	Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announces that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 01/07/1447H, corresponding to 21/12/2025G, has approved the establishment of two wholly owned limited liability companies, as follows: 1. Saudi German Pharmaceutical Company (Saudi German Pharmacies) – Limited Liability Company, with a capital of SAR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Saudi Riyals), operating in the field of pharmacy management and operation, as well as the sale and distribution of medicines and medical supplies. 2. Saudi German Health for Medical Care and Services – Limited Liability Company, with a capital of SAR 1,000,000 (One Million Saudi Riyals), operating in the provision of healthcare services and supporting operational and medical services in accordance with the approved regulations. This step aims to support the Company’s expansion strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and diversify sources of revenue. All regulatory procedures required to establish the two companies will be completed with the competent authorities. At present, no material financial impact is expected, and the Company will announce any material developments in accordance with applicable regulations.
