Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	With reference to Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health)’s announcement published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 03/03/2025G corresponding to 03/09/1446H, regarding the Board of Directors’ resolution approving the establishment of an outpatient clinics complex in Al Taawun District, Riyadh, the Company announces that the complex has obtained the final license from the Ministry of Health to commence medical operations, with a capacity of (16) clinics covering various medical specialties. The Company further announces the commencement of operations starting Monday, 13/09/1447H corresponding to 02/03/2026G. The Company confirms its operational readiness to receive patients during the upcoming period, supporting its operational expansion plans and enhancing the scope of its healthcare services.
